Dr. Chandra Sekhar N. K. Chairman & Managing Director 
Addressed as Dr.CS by those who know him, Dr. Chandra Sekhar N.K. is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Mayuka Labs. A medical professional by training and a member of the prestigious American Chemical Society he has founded the company after 10 years of industry experience along with a group of young passionate technocrats and managers.
Before Mayuka Labs, Dr.Chandra Sekhar N K was Head of the API division at Morepen Labs and Director on the Dr.Morepen Board. At its API division he brought about a 100% jump in revenue and profitability for its non US business within eighteen months. All this without any access to banking support since Morepen was in the midst of a financial restructuring.
Dr. Chandra Sekhar graduated with an MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and began his career writing for medical journals (most notably the Journal of American Medical Association, India). Later, he designed marketing campaigns for pharma companies when he was at Medical Communications Network, where he went on to become CEO, before he joined Morepen Labs in 2001 to launch their fast moving healthcare brand, Dr. Morepen. After a high decibel launch designed and orchestrated by him, Dr Morepen went on to acquire Burnol, Lemolate and the Lifespring chain of health and beauty stores.
A man who is quick to see opportunities where others see difficulties, Dr. CS moves fast in selecting a team to transform potential opportunities to successful reality through delegation and a relentless focus on execution.
Dr. Jagat Singh Astt.Group Leader-R &D
A Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from India’s premier technical institute, IIT Delhi, Dr. Jagat Singh started his career with Morepen Laboratories Limited. In his 4 years old career, this young and dynamic scientist has worked on developing many new molecules and has filed 5 patent applications with PCT.
His expertise ranges from lab scale to commercial scale processes and synthesizing impurities and their characterization using spectral techniques. His expertise and excellent academic background will propel Dr. Jagat to maxime the R &D effort at Mayuka Labs.
Mr. Sanjay Shrivastava
 
With 11 years of plant operations management experience, Mr. Sanjay Shrivastava brings his formidable analytical, organizational, team building and production planning skills to Mayuka Labs. He is a strong and decisive operations leader with excellent interpersonal relationships.
He is known for his unrelenting focus on quality along with a high degree of sensitivity to Safety, Health and Environment.
His work experience is spread across Surav Chemical, Parabolic drugs, Tabuk Pharma, Surya medicare, Vita life labs a division of Arch Pharma USFDA. facilities where he has worked on pilot scale to ton level commercial production. He has a Post Graduate in InOrganic Chemistry from Kumaun University, Nainital. With this diversified profile in production planning and inventory controls, he is a key resource at Mayuka Labs
Kavi Raj Singh
Astt.Manager-Production
Kavi Raj, has 14 years of rich and diversified experience in all technical areas of the API Industry. He is a M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and started his career as an analytical chemist. He then moved to R&D where he delivered outstanding performance as a synthetic organic chemist. His talent was then utilized in scale up and on the production floor.
His cross-functional experience gives a unique advantage to him as he understands both the R&D dynamics and the production floor challenges.
He is obsessive about production yields, costing and solvent recycling. His presence in the production department is expected to produce magical results. Expectations ride high on this gentleman
Mudit Sharma
Manager-Marketing
Mr. Mudit sharma is a young and dynamic management professional with more than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. He is well versed in marketing and sales lifecycles and comes across as a skilled negotiator and strategist. He is proficient in building relationships with senior personnel and close large sales in heavily competitive environments.
Mudit Sharma has masters in International Business Management and has an engineering background. He started his career as an Asset Manager in HSBC, moving on to Deutsche bank before joining Morepen in 2006.
During his stint at Morepen he was responsible for devising, developing and implementing strategic marketing and operational plans for Morepen’s business development in emerging pharma markets. With an experience of handling all core marketing functions, he is expected to roll in the royal experience for customers at Mayuka Labs.
Mohd. Yunus

Moh. Yunus is a M.Sc. post graduate with 3 years of experience in API organic synthesis. His keen interest in venturing into new areas has given him hands on experience on HPLC, GC and IR machines and on various chromatographic techniques. His cross functional experience creates a perfect blend of two major areas of API laboratory requirements, synthesis and analysis.
In a short span of three years he can boast of having a diversified experience in all the technical areas of the API industry. He will be the custodian of quality at Mayuka and is all set to take on fresh challenges in analytical and regulatory affairs.
